 Harry Williamson I have produced over 200 audio CD's and shot and edited several films,
as well as cutting thousands of LP's
since I started recording professionally in 1978.
I specialize in world
music, jazz, folk, some rock, acoustic recording and vocal work,
and occasional techno, funk and dance projects.
I have a studio in Prahran, Victoria, where I record, mix and master on a
daily basis.
I also share a city facility for opera and classical piano recordings.
For the past few years I have been shooting editing and authoring DVD’s

a variety of mobile rigs are available, tailored to provide
quality recordings in any venue -from the Club to the Concert Hall.
I use ADAT HD24's which give 40 hours uninterrupted 24 tack recording per drive. The drives are hot swappable!
I have a nice collection of condenser microphones which allow me to cover most types of concert,
and a good long term relationship with several suppliers who can help me with extra mics at short notice when the need arisies

Previously I was the principle matering engineer for Corduroy Records,
and before that, the Pressing Plant and Richmond Recorders.

Over 16 years experience in HD editing, pitch correction, timeing etc. Non invasive and painless!

downloading completed multitrack projects from
computer or portable HD recorder
and making them sound wonderful.
Surround Mixes - 5.1
I usually mix in Nuendo. This powerful program makes mixing a quick and
repeatable exercise.
Several recent projects have been mixed in Dolby 5.1 for home theatre DVD release.

Artwork
